INPACT is a European organisation investigating and disrupting illicit and covert networks involved in activities threatening global security, human and information integrities.

We believe our times are facing the greatest challenges: a return of state violence, great powers competition, unprecedented armament technology progress, cognitive warfare and a race to access and control key resources. Threats to security and human integrity have never been greater and so unique: hybrid warfare, interconnected networks which defy state jurisdictions, strategic arms and technology acquisition networks, information operations.

INPACT works on researching, analysing and breaking the chains of these networks relying on traditional and tech led investigative methodologies, networks of peers and organisations and campaigns
