INPACT is a Swiss investigative organisation researching and disrupting external threats to Europe with a focus on Russian hybrid warfare, new geopolitical allies like Iran, China and DPRK, strategic disruptive technology programme and sanction circumvention. We are at the intersection of open source research, traditional investigative journalism, forensics and technical investigation.

INPACT was born out of a flagship project called All Eyes On Wagner (AEOW) launched in late 2021. This investigative project focuses on Wagner mercenaries and legacy: tracking their activities and verifying claims of human rights and economic abuses. We rely on open source information and witnesses accounts/leads sent to us which are collected, archived and verified. Since Prigozhin’s death in August 2023, the scope of our work has expanded to include looking at Prigozhin’s legacy, propagation of the Wagner brand through other Russian paramilitary organisations and how Russian intelligence services are reclaiming some missions.

INPACT is managed by a team of 4 very committed people and is constantly liaising with a wide community of contacts, friends, supports.
